Changes: A country's tax rates can be added to the list of its own tax rates and no longer replace this list.
The tax rates can be sorted in any order.
Tax rates can be edited
Some Samsung smartphones (e.g. Galaxy S5, S6) cannot enter a comma on the numeric keypad. If the device language is "German", the point is automatically replaced by a comma to avoid the problem.
